My son saw a pediatric dentist there twice and when I went the last time I saw someone who was clearly not pediatric in profession. 6 months later I was called for a cleaning and then was told, after probing, that their pediatric dentist was no longer there!??! I didn't get any notification of it. That was my last visit to their office. My 4 and 2 year old are a bit fearful of the dentist and without pediatric professional care the dental visits are hard to bear.

For any new patients considering this orgazation, from my experience, I called in to ensure my dental insurance as accepted and was assured it was. As it was a family referral, I took their word for it. The admin./asst. I spoke with gave me every reassurance I was good to go. This individual couldn't even spell my address correctly, as I've learned on subsequent correspondence. A few of the staff struck me as having the intellect, or non-intellect, of a HS dropout. Based on them misleading me with regards to my dental coverage, and the comical phonetic spelling of my key information (like a strait up illiterate), my visual assertions were reinforced.

In my opinion, this practice is about quantity over quality. I believe there are superior, customer service oriented options out there. One and done for me.

No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive

Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone
