The water they used to rinse my teeth during my cleaning was a little cold. They do such a great job of not overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. The dentist himself is the nicest person on staff. The ladies are always nice and helpful, but there is confusion with billing and scheduling on a rare occasion. Most importantly, my kids LOVE this dentist :)
