I am a Norwegian engineer working in Nevada. for my company I have to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. One thing I noticed about their office was how sterilized it seemed must clean or sanitize all the time. The office and staff looked great ! It was obvious that they took pride in their workplace I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. One of them thought I was Swedish (Norway got independence from Sweden 100+ years ago) which is bothersome ... but it happens all the time.

They were average

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful
