It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. DONT EVEN BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT IN THIS OFFICE WHOEVER THEY HAVE FOR RECEPTIONIST NEEDS TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL AND LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE 101. INCREDIBLY RUDE TO PEOPLE. YOU CAN HEAR IT IN THE SOUND OF THEIR VOICE THAT THEY ARE BOTHERED TO PICK UP THE PHONE. WORST OFFICE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
