I recently had a horrrific journey of failed dental implants, infected teeth, gums, and jaw. The pain I experienced was unrelenting and at times near unbearable. I am a 52 year old woman reduced to a sobbing mess. I was able to get an appointment immediately and was seen right away in the office. Dr. Derman was oh so compassionate, unrushed, kind, and knowledgeable, and was able to expedite a referral to an equally impressive oral surgeon, not once, but twice, hence ending my misery...His office support staff were friendly, personable, compassionate, very professional...Thank you all....I am forever grateful!
