Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. He is always considerate of my sensitivity to pain and always give me time for the medication to work before proceeding dental work. His office appears to always have the latest technology and they keep all records computerized so he can see at a glance your history.
