I went to this dentist once for a check up and clean and then after that to get two small fillings done.

Visit one: The reception staff were friendly, as was the hygienist, but Dr Mortensen didn't seem to pay much attention to me or my answers to questions and had to keep rushing in and out of the room as he had other patients booked at the same time. This was annoying, but not a deal breaker.

Visit two: Again, the dentist had was only around about 1/3 of the time I was there, as he had other patients to see, but on to my main complaint. I have had fillings before and have had my wisdom teeth out (all four at once) and have never been in as much pain as after I got my fillings done here. I have a smallish jaw/mouth and the dentist has quite fat/wide fingers, but that is no excuse for how much he injured my jaw. I couldn't really eat for a couple of days and my cheeks and jaw were sore to the touch for almost two weeks.

It may be alright for those of you with wide jaws, but I would never visit this dentist again.

Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. You have to pay up front -- in cash! I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. Do I know they care more about my health than they do about making money? Ha! Well, this is how the 1% do it, and do it, and do it to you!
