This is the most unethical, unprofessional doctor I have ever met. She refused to bill my insurance even though she was a provider and wanted to charged me $400 for an appointment. This is not only illegal but totally unethical to cancel the appointment 1/2 hour before the time. She is only in it for the MONEY!! Do you watch Shark Tank. She is like Kevin Oleary, totally heartless!

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Times I've had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the receptionist made me feel like I shouldn't have called. Dr. Zenker is really great about taking her time with me, and she doesn't mind answering my questions, however you have to wait sometimes an hour past your appt time to be seen. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned Dr. Zenker is for my well-being. Her advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
