I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
