My child was misdiagnosed for the first 9 months of his life. I KNEW in my heart something was wrong so we switched. He currently sees a different provider who was able to see the problem just by giving him a cursory glance. He was healthy within a week.
In addition, when my son was in the ER three separate times for dehydration and an inability to eat or drink, she refused to schedule a follow up for him at the office. It was completely unacceptable.
Her nurse was fantastic, however.

This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely a fan. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
