I visited Raintree Dental in Dayton for the first time today. I did not have any dental work done; I had two x-rays taken and received a referral to an endodontist for a molar extraction. I had a very good experience at this office. The staff was very friendly and professional. I felt like they truly cared about me as a person. They didn't rush me out as most places do (including doctors!) in order to get on to the next patient. They took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my million questions, lol. The dentist (Dr. Hsu) was very nice and very patient, as well as gentle. He carefully and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know regarding my prognosis, giving me honest answers that were in MY best interest. I will definitely visit Raintree Dental again. P.S. I loved how they had a bird-feeder right outside the window, in full-view directly in front of the dental chair. I was able to watch the beautiful red finches while I waited for the dentist - this helped me feel calmer and happier. I have an extreme fear of dental procedures so this added touch was very much appreciated as it truly helped to calm my nerves. :)
