I was looking for an orthopedic doctor and Dr. Nowinski and His office staff were wonderfuol to accept me as a new patient. Since coming to their office I have received amazing treatment. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have always been able to get an appointment and The Doctor has even called me personally to discuss test results. As any doctors office there are times when emergencies happen and their is a small wait, but it relieves me to know that if I were the emergency, I would get wonderful first hand treatment as well. The environment and area is friendly and safe. I love my doctor and recommend him to everyone.

The office staff is bar none the worst! Never once were they in a nice mood. The billing department on both sides of this business are rude. The doctor who did my surgery was pleasant but in the end unhelpful to the problems I encountered from my surgery. Was sent to their physical therapist which is located in the same building..... Horrible experience. The PT end of this business is even worse than the surgery side. It took me 2 years to find a competent physical therapist who resolved the problems these guys told me could not be resolved and that I would have to live with. I liken the place to a puppy mill. Overall it was just a horrible experience and I would never recommend Troy Orthopedics. Go directly to Beaumont, they care about their customers.
