Went to this dentist to get my front tooth bonded. Assuming the work would be performed by the dentist, in which it was not. Bonding was performed by an unlicensed dental assistant (which has less training than a hygienist) This procedure is not an "allowable" duty for a dental assistant according to Michigan State Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs in which i have filed a complaint, with hopes this practice gets investigated. Never saw the dentist! I am curious if the hygienists are even licensed.

Was this provider's office too loud?
Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
Was this provider's office clean?
Yes everything was neat and sterile
