The office staff was fine and the office itself is fine but the length of time that they make you wait is horrible. I have been to the office several times for myself and for my son. Each and every time we were made to wait at least an hour for our appointments. They move you from one waiting area to another at one point but don't let that fool you. I find it extremely disrespectful that they treat their patients this way.
