Dental Care is good. However, when they transferred health records, they sent them by regular, unencrypted email. The person who did so is the HIPAA compliance manager and she had absolutely no understanding of what she had done wrong.

This cannot be undone. The information is unique to me. I am appalled that this office does not understand how to maintain privacy when transferring medical records.

I wonder how many patients this has happened to.

I am not very comfortable with doctors or dentists, because they seem to always have bad news. Given that phobia, Amy was great and both the dental hygenist and the dentist were good humored and kind.
