They are available at regular business hours. Their staff is friendly, and I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. However, I had a lengthy and frustrating experience in getting their office to properly coordinate with my primary care doctor's office regarding prescriptions and which office and doctor was responsible for writing them. The Cummings Park office does not appear organized or in clear communication with the Main St. office. The physician, Dr. Paul Chervin, however, was very professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful and proactive. I would recommend him.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
