I called Dr. Marks office on an emergency basis. I was not a patient of his before this and explained my situation to his secretary. She placed me on a brief hold and got me an appointment right away. Although Dr. Marks had never met me, he was the first doctor to actually sit with me and thouroughly go through my medical history. He ordered the correct tests for me and because of that I am now on my way to feeling better and getting results. The woman at the front dest who initially took my call was efficiant, empathetic and does her job VERY WELL!! I feel so grateful to have him for a doctor.
