I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
One complaint: Getting uin touch with teh doctor's office is challenging at best. The receptionist only takes calls between 9:30 and 1:00, Monday through Thursday and even then, most of the time calls go unanswered. There needs to be a better, miore reliable way to reach his office.

They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
