I watched a confrontation where a patient wanted more medication instead of getting work, I didn't want to evesdrop but they were at the front desk. The patient was very belligerent and would not listen to the explanation, the employee handled herself very well and politely explained it was the best interest for her get her tooth worked on but the patient would not listen, I wanted to walk over and tell her the employee was only looking out for her well being. She kept changing her story over and over, I was glad the employee didn't loose her cool and maintained professionalism the whole time!
