While waiting for my appointment I noted that the chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The staff here really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Every time I go they seem so happy to see me!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No. I still haven't talked to them.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
