It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature.

The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay.
