I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I was a little surprised when I saw the quality of their equipment. It was fairly current, but it's time for an upgrade. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
