I just felt like he was very dismissive. If I'm in pain I know it is not for no reason or I wouldn't be in pain. A person is experiencing sudden pain swelling and numbness isn't exactly fine. But I shouldn't be surprised. When I was in the waiting room I could clearly hear him being very dismissive withe another patient.

Looks can be deceiving! Dr. Masoud looks like a rumpled mess but he is an EXCELLENT Doctor. He cured my problems when other Doctors over promised and under delivered. He was sharp, practical and knowledgeable. His delivery is a little "off" but he really knows his stuff.
