They are extremely reliable. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to heat, so I'm always a little worried that an office would be too warm, but it was fine. I was comfortable the entire time. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. It was nice to arrive and see fully-qualified, friendly staff members. I'll definitely be going back.
