They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me.
