Visited Dr Bahar for immunization counseling in preparation of my trip to Indonesia and India. He recommended and administered 6 different shots. He was obviously very knowledge about this area of medicine. The visit was very informative. ** MAJOR WARNING ** My insurance company, BCBS-Alabama, requires the NDC number for each vaccine. Dr. Bahar claimed that he had no knowledge of NDC code for vaccines. He even stated that he has never heard of them. As such, I was unable to complete my claim. He was obviously uninterested in helping in resolving this situation. I felt that he is only interested in taking the money.
