I've been a patient for about 5 years. In all that time, I have yet to meet this guy. I've only seen his PA or another junior doctor in the practice. They're very nice and competent, but not what I signed up for.

And if you ever need a referral, be prepared to call more than once, or get it before you leave the office. They promise to send it, but don't deliver unless harassed. I usually have to call the office manager before it gets sent.
