They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all.

After a communication mix up with Dr. Loveria's staff I was sent a letter giving me 30 days to find a new physician. I called his office several times and left messages with Mike Burke the office manager. I never got a response. I sent Dr. Loveria a letter trying to find out why he was discontinuing services. Again, no response. This is typical with the office. The office manager is impossible to reach and if he can be reached he is arrogant and acts as if he is doing you a favor. This discontinuation of services came during the Christmas break and made it impossible to find a new physician, as if someone could get an appt. in 30 days at any time. During this time my perscriptions have run out. I am unable to see two specialists because my insurance requires referrals from primary care and I was left without a primary care physician. I am unable to get refills on thyroid medications, thyroid scans, medications for fibromyalgia, as well as other day to day medications through my specialists until my appointments. Since one appt is in January and the other in February I will miss them both because I can't get referrals now until I see a new primary care dr. in March (the first available). I will not be able to visit any specialists until after March 9th when I was able to get an appt. with a new office. That appt. is with a nurse practitioner or I'd not have gotten it. I have contacted a lawyer and am working to build a case againt Braddock Medical Group, Mike Burke, and Dr. Loveria. The lack of professionalism in this office has endangered my health and life. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
