Their staff was not friendly in the least; I really didn't feel welcome there. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I'm pretty angry. I didn't get anything useful out of my appointment with this provider. No one will hear anything good from me!

The above is an understatement. He has the staff from hell currently and no new patient should bother seeing him. They're incompetent about the appointment scheduling, they deny mistakes, they scream and they laugh at you. They also slam the phone before you can get their name.

I have already given them multiple good recommendations to many people including my loved ones. If anyone was in need of a gastroenterologist, I have totally directed them here. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They are very attentive. I feel like I have their complete attention on me during the visit and it makes me feel special. Dr. Julie and Song take their time and don't rush. Also, they both make sure I understand what's going on and answer all my questions.
