The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

This place really is professional, the staff is very friendly, the doctors are very nice and gentle. They make it very convenient for the kids to go in for their braces appointments. I have never had a problem and definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
