Dr Psonak offers the best service from a medical professional I have ever seen. Putting his patients first is definitely a priority of his. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my health and well-being. Their advice is always wonderful, scientifically based, and completely unbiased. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
