They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I have had their braces on for about 2 and a half years now and they said that there is only about 5 more months but I'm sick and tired of them.
