They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
