I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. Everyone be very careful about going to this dentist, it is not about your health or the care of your teeth, its ALL about the money. They over charge for procedures, and if they say they contacted your Ins. company don't trust them. They made false statements, went back on their word and when it came time for them to own up to their mistake they sent a bill and threatened to take me to small claims to pay for their mistake.
