Dr. Bailey is not the best doctor. This is my third baby and he is he only ob/gyn in the area. My first appointment with him was very uncomfortable. Speaking to him, everything was going smoothly until the exam came. He went to do a breast exam, but unlike traditional breast exams where the doctor uses a couple of fingers and walks around the breast pressing inward, it was more of a whole handed groping followed by the comment that my breasts certainly feel pregnant. Follow ups with him are hit and miss. If your scheduled on certain days, you won't get to see him but someone else who hasn't fully read your chart or history. Being high risk, I know better than to take the advice of a doctor I have never seen before telling me its ok for me to take walks in the evenings. Out of the six months I have been seeing this doctor, I have seen him a total of maybe 3 times, the rest was by three other different doctors that don't know my history. To put it short, whenever I go, I feel like I am not being listened to, like my opinion and requests don't matter, and like I don't have a choice in the way I am cared for.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
