They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one.
