This provider did nothing for me that made me feel like I'd want to go back.
Do you think this provider would be willing to pursue advice from other professionals if they run into a snag in your treatment?

Did your provider ask holistic type questions and comment about aspects of care that might affect you outside of their specialty?
This is not the office to come to for help beyond the basic.
