They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away.
