do not go to this place. i have had my braces on for like 5 years, thats ridiculous. I am pissed off. my teeth weren't even that bad to begin with, friends that had worse teeth than me got their braces off withing 2 years. I can feel my teeth thinning and getting weaker. It is also said that having braces for too long can make your teeth fall out at a younger age. I am seriously so mad. They pulled teeth and did unnecessary things that were not needed. The process was so slow. I hate my ortho. i want them off NOW. I AM SO MAD i hate this. its damaging me teeth. i wish i would have went to a different ortho from the beginning. i dont even remember what its like to not have braces. if i dont get them off by the end of this year im literally gunna go to a different ortho and get them off. im so annoyed.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
