I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. The staff was one of the most respectful, compassionate staffs I've ever seen. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
