Farber will suggest to cut your child when its NOT necessary. Do not go to him, ANYONE but him. He is arrogant and does not believe in conservative care. He will not help your child get better or rehab, he only wants to fix things with surgery.

I am so glad that we were referred to Dr. Jeffrey Farber. My daughter broke her elbow skiing and was initially referred to another Dr. I was not impressed by the reviews I read about the other Dr. and was really scared. Since we have an ortho doctor in the family I called him and asked him who he would recommend. He said if it was his sons he would take them to Dr. Farber. Dr. Farber got my daughter in right away. He was friendly and really remembered that my daughter was the patient and did not just talk to me but spoke with her on a level that she felt comfortable with at 10 years old. He explained the surgery that she needed in great detail and even showed us the ex-ray and drew us a diagram of what he would be doing. He was informative about what to expect after the surgery as well. Dr. Farber offered several times to answer any questions that we may have. The rest of his staff was equally kind and informative throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Dr. Farber. It could not have been a better experience.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
