Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
