They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else.
