I had a terrible experience with this practice. Working in the public relations industry, I value customer service and expect service recovery when necessary. I switched to this practice because it is covered under my insurance and is close to my house. The dental office called my insurance to make sure I was eligible for a 6 month cleaning. They told me I was eligible when in fact, I still had 2 days left until I was eligible for insurance to cover it. Despite them giving me the wrong information, they forced me to pay nearly $200 out of pocket. I asked for some type of negotiation on the payment and asked for an email address to contact the office manager. The office manager overheard my phone conversation and rudely said not to bother sending an e-mail because she wouldn’t help me.

It comes down to the fact that they assured me my insurance would take care of it and they were wrong. I could have waited 2 days before going for a basic cleaning that I was in no rush to have. They are all about taking your money. They call me about xrays and other procedures that I could be eligible for as another way for them to get my business. They care about the bottom line and not about the customer. I do NOT recommend this practice. They cannot be trusted and do not have the customer’s best interest in mind.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute.
