They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Most of the advice they were giving me seemed biased. It felt like they were just trying to make money off me instead of giving me genuine advice that would help me. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.
