Dr Hegedus Gabor - made a consultation appmt. was seen on time. Made it clear I did not have insurance and wanted to know if I had to get my 'issue' resolved straight away or wait until open enrolment in Jan.. He saw me for 2mins., let me know if I wanted to resolve would cost me $140, but not a priority to fix. On my way out the receiptionist charged me $117. Upon return to my office I phoned them asking them if they would apply the $117 to the $140, they said I could have had it fixed for a total of $140 at the time of the consult. I responeded well nobody explained that to me of course anybody would have opted for that,,,,,,,... and that I should have asked THEM the questions at the time. This is their business and they know what information they should disclose..........but no they were not willing to budge and said I would have to pay the additional $140!! At no point was this or the $117 for 2mins. consult ever disclosed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST. Definite zero rating.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
