I want to note that I've had to move a lot in my life, so I've been to a lot of dentists. It's actually something I've come to like, and I've never really had problems with them before.

This office was clean enough, but they were extremely difficult to reach I have never managed to hear them pick up their phone, and all my voice messages went unanswered past two weeks. I eventually resorted to email to get a reply (which they did, astonishingly fast), but their earliest appointment wasn't for well over a month.

For the actual appointment I sat in the waiting room for 55 minutes past the scheduled time before finally being called in. They seemed overbooked, honestly - more appointments than there were waiting room seats.

The appointment itself: They did not use a panoramic X-Ray, which may not be a big deal to some but sort of startled me - I can't remember the last time I've been to an office without one.

Finally, the dentist/hygienist arrived. he said my teeth looked good, but instead of getting to the cleaning right then he told me to come back in four months for it. I only get two dental visits a year covered by my insurance, and that this office only does one task per appointment baffles me. I have never, ever, been to a dentist's office that 1) Makes someone wait a third of a year for a routine appointment, and 2) Does the X-Ray and the cleaning on completely separate appointments.

They kept saying "We're sorry, we're really just so busy!" But I think they should stop accepting patients if that's the case. I would really, really have preferred to be denied as a patient than wait four months between an X-Ray and a cleaning.

Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
