Keep your eyes open for cross-contamination. Visited this dentist twice. First was on my boss's recommendation (Dr. Heap was her dentist, and she was very happy with him). Second time was when I noticed that Dr. Heap and his staff had little regard for standard sanitation protocols. I was going to have a tooth extracted, and the lady who took out the instruments from their pouches DID NOT WEAR GLOVES. Then, after the intsruments were laid out on the tray, NO PROTECTIVE COVER was put on top. NONE OF THE STAFF WASHED THEIR HANDS BETWEEN PATIENTS, just donned new gloves.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left

No, they never pressured me

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
