This is an uncaring dentist. She is friendly until you have an issue with her work. She becomes offensive. I think she is working too fast, and is more interested in making money and turning over patients, than helping the patient.

I would not recommend this dentist. She is basically unethical in several ways and made my mouth permanently worse.

I missed an appointment due to an emergency forcing me being out of the country for 3 months. I was charged $40.00 for the missed appointment that was later sent to collections. Now I am being charged $187.00 and they will not renegotiate the fee even though I have proof that I was out of the country.

ADW @ Maitland also has a high personnel turnover rate. The dentist changes every other year so you'll never know if the dentist you started out with at the beginning of your treatment plan will be the same for your next appointment. Plus when that dentist leaves their entire support staff turns over as well.

Not at all! They were boring and outdated
Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly?
Not at all. They kept making excuses and didn't give it to me for weeks
