Back in May of 1999 I was a patient in 2 North of Palos Community Hospital and Dr. Killion was my treating physician. After receiving an ECT treatment that I didn't need, I rolled off a gurney in PacU of the hospital and I fell very hard on my back, tearing my last two lumbar discs. They had left the side rail down and I was beginning to wake up. A few months after my fall, I stared experiencing sharp lower back pains, and I had a spinal MRI. The image showed my last two lumbar discs were badly torn and I had several spinal surgeries. I developed severe spinal nerve damage and I had a spinal cord stimulator implanted on my spinal cord. I was deemed disabled for life, terminated from my 20 years at Argonne National Laboratory and put on Disability. I lost my entire life, and Dr. Killion never filed an incident report at Palos Hostpital for my fall. Dr, Killion ruined my life and he got away with a crime.

Back in May of 1999 I was a patient in 2 North of Palos Community Hospital. Drs Killion, Smedegard, Sinibaldi and Drebes accused me of being delusional, when I wasn't, and they administered 12 ECT treatments. In May of 1999 while I was still under anesthesia after an ECT treatment, I was lying on a gurney in PacU, but they left the side rail down. I began waking up and I rolled off the gurney and I fell very hard on my back. They immediately put me back to sleep and I woke up later in my room. Dr, Killion covered up this incident, and he never reported it. A few months later I started having very sharp lower back pains, and a discogram proved I had two badly torn discs. I contacted Palos Hospital, and I told the records people about my fall, but they denied it ever happened. Since then, I have needed nine back surgeries, including two-level fusions and the implant of a Medtronic spinal cord stimulator for severe spinal nerve root damage. I was deemed disabled for life, losing twenty years of impeccable service at
Argonne National Laboratory. My life was ruined, and Dr. Killinon and Palos Community Hospital are to blame. They should pay me millions of dollars. I saw Dr, Killion once in the parking lot of Borders Books. When he saw me, he ran to his car and he sped away to get away from me. Dr. Killion is a lying hypocrite and a criminal, and he ruined my life. The delusions they accused me of having turned out to really being done to me by a car dealership that rigged a new car I bought from them. I never needed ECTs, but Killion covered up his crime.
